DESPRE PROIECT :

Scopul proiectului ”Profesori competenti, educatie de succes, SEeeds” a fost acela de a dezvolta competentele de predare integrata a curriculumului a 4 cadre didactice prin participarea la doua fluxuri de cursuri structurate, diferite. Grupul tinta caruia  i s-a adresat proiectul a fost format din 4 cadre didactice: 2 profesori din aria Limba si comunicare, care predau si la ciclul primar nu doar gimnazial si 2 invatatori. Cele patru cadre didactice au fost  selectate din cadrul a două cicluri de invatamant - gimnazial si primar, dorind astfel sa realizam o integrare clara a competentelor de predare pe care acestia le vor dezvolta apoi in scoala.

Datorită pandemiei COVID19, perioada de desfășurare a proiectului a fost schimbată, activitatile incepand la 01 ianuarie 2021 cu prima activitate, selectarea grupului țintă: 2 profesori pentru înv. primar și 2 profesori:limba engleză și religie. Au fost încheiate contracte cu acesti profesori, fiecare dintre acestia urmând cursurile pentru care au aplicat la selecție. Au fost realizate cele doua fluxuri astfel:

• 09/08/2021-14.08.2021,”Enough Theory, Let s Play!Fun Games for Developing the Whole Child”, Tenerife, Spain, furnizor de curs Europass Academy Teachers;

• 30.08.2021-04.09.2021 Integrated curriculum and coaching, furnizor de curs Eurocompetent, Croatia;

Au fost realizate lecii demonstrative la nivelul ariilor curriculare de cele patru cadre didactice, diseminare în cadrul cercului pedagogic al profesorilor de limba engleza, au fost publicate 3 articole in ziare-un articol in ziarul din Croatia, au fost publicate două ghiduri metodologice cu titlurile: Enough theory! Let s play! și Integrated curriculum. A fost realizat proiectul Etwinning Profesori Competeni,Educaie de Succes. Au fost realizate si aprobate dou cursuri optionale pentru anul scolar 2022-2023.

• 2 cursuri opionale pt anul scolar 2022-2023 - I love English si Ce pot face dou mâini dibace. -un proiect european eTwinning: ProfesoriCompeteni, Educaie de Succes;

• 2 ghiduri metodologice publicate,cu ISBN, Enough Theory!Lets Play! ISBN 978-606-95319-1-4 i Integrated curriculum ISBN 978-606-95319-0-7 -2articole in ziare locale;

• 1 articol in ziarul local din Dakovo, Croatia;

The general objective of the project: the development of the skills of integrated teaching of the curriculum of 4 teachers by carrying out two flows of
structured courses until 31.08.2021
Specific objectives:
O1.development of integrated curriculum teaching skills for a number of 2 teachers - 1 teacher and 1 teacher - during the project implementation
period, but not later than the end date of the project.
O2.Improvement of teaching skills through play for a number of 2 teachers - 1 teacher and 1 teacher - during the project implementation period, but not
later than the end date of the project.

O4.Completion of an international eTwinning project based on the integrated delivery of the curriculum until the end date of the project

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the project period was changed, the activities starting on January 1, 2021 with the first activity: selection of the target
group: 2 teachers for teachers. mayor and 2 teachers: English and religion. Contracts have been concluded with these teachers, each of them
following the courses for which they applied for selection. The two streams were made as follows: 09/08 / 2021-14.08.2021, "Enough Theory, Let's
Play! Fun Games for Developing the Whole Child", Tenerife, Spain, Europass Academy Teachers course provider; 30.08.2021- 04.09.2021 Integrated
curriculum and coaching, Eurocompetent course provider, Croatia Demonstration lessons were held at the curricular areas by the four teachers,
dissemination within the pedagogical circle of English language teachers, 3 articles were published in newspapers-one article in the Croatian
newspaper, two methodological guides were published with the titles: Enough theory! Let s play! and Integrated curriculum. The project Etwinning
Competent Teachers, Successful Education was completed. Two optional courses were developed and approved for the 2022-2023 school year.
